When we start thinking about the idea that there are many ways to approach a problem within an organization and leaders of many times are limited due to the lack of knowledge for variety or perspective. What do I mean by this? Many times leaders will lack the insight from their own skill set in order to make decisions. They rely heavily on themselves rather than advisors or other input. They end up almost having a myopic singular view of how to solve the problem. This does not give them the variety of solutions needed in order to potentially find the best alternatives... What would you suggest to help a leader have more variety in how to solve
