When you think about brand loyalty, there are many reasons why customers continue to buy certain key brands and feel a strong affiliation with a certain company when thinking about a specific product category like cars, shoes, household products, etc. Think of yourself as a consumer and think about a brand that you are loyal to. Based on that loyalty answer the following questions.

2) What led you to this brand in the first place?
3) How do you think this company positions its brand in the market relative to its competitors?
4) How do you think this company reinforces its brand message to you, one of its loyal customers?
5) Do you see yourself being a customer of this brand five years from now, why or why not?
6) What word or phrase comes to mind when you think about this brand?
7) How to you associate yourself with this brand? Does it support your personal values and beliefs?
