Being #1 means competitors will be trying to get ahead of us at all times. So we need to increase our sales even more. With this in mind, we'll be introduction a new incentive program starting December 1. This program will provide a bonus of up to 10% of your current salary if we surpass our monthly goals. In other words, for each percent that we surpass our monthly goals, you will receive a bonus of 15 of base salary, up to 10% Bonuses will be paid monthly at the end of the month following the measurement period.
