Which statistical test should be used in this scenario?

The purpose of this study to assess if there is a difference between intrinsic spirituality and stress. I predict that individuals that report higher levels of intrinsic spirituality experience lower levels of stress. Method Participants There was a total of 20 participants in this study that completed a survey in person. Of the 20 participants, 16 consisted of African Americans and 4 Pacific Islanders, which were a group of family members. Materials The survey administered in person consisted of 14 questions; 1 demographic question; 6 examining intrinsic spirituality, and 7 questions to assess stress. The demographic question asked participants to select their ethnicity. The question on intrinsic spirituality was derived from the Intrinsic Spirituality Scale (Hodges, 2003). Stress questions were taken from the anxiety subscale of the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale 21 Items (DASSZl; Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995)
