While working from home is not "off-duty", it is off-site and some of the time we are technically in the work chair, we aren't actually working so.....how much control should the company have over our ergonomics? Should they require us to follow those apps they put on my computer where I had to look away every 15 minutes....or check boxes that we were taking breaks? Is that too much surveillance? Why/why not
