BUT EACH GROUP MUST HAVE A DIFFERENT TOPIC Perception Communication Public Speaking Team Building Stress Ethical Behaviour Finances Self Care Memory Attribution Bias Emotional Intelligence Time Management Writing Skills Journals Critical Thinking Argument/Persuasion Studying Group Presentations FIRST STEPS TODAY Get into your groups Choose a time that your group would like to Pitch your idea When choosing your pitch time, remember that once your instructor accepts a pitch idea from another group, that pitch idea is TAKEN. With your group, discuss/research different activities that interest you Think about a back up idea or two as well because there will be NO repeat topics/activities Determine your role This must be presented at the Pitch with an explanation of why each person took each role Get ready to Pitch your idea Your Pitch CAN be rejected YOUR PITCH SECOND HALF OF CLASS Should Include: A description of your plan and ideas Professionalism/Deportment Where you got your ideas from (source) What each persons role will be and why Why you think the class will like what you are presenting on What you want the training to teach your fellow students What do you hope to achieve?
