Will my brother get into trouble? Will he get in jail?

I caught my younger brother stealing money from someone's bank account. I saw his laptop screen transferring the poor victim's money to his own paypal account. I think the victim lives in the USA because the bank logo says "Chase Bank".

We live in India, would my brother get in jail? We are bad in terms of sibling relationship but I'm still worried about him because he is still my brother. He didn't know I saw him doing the transaction but Im really sure he is stealing money.
