You need to devise and implement a solution (using Google Sheets, Google Scripts,and Google Forms) that allows a student to search the sheet using his/her college Id (first field in the sheet), see his/her record, and then fill in the needed information (Q1, Q2, and Q3) if his /her information are in the sheet. If the student's college ID is not in the sheet, the student should be able to add his information (all the fields), and a mark should be added to the sheet indicating that this record was manually added by the student. After entering the additional information Q1, Q2, and Q3 the student should be able to see his whole record (including the newly added fields) but should not be able to edit it.
