The management of an MNE approached you to do research that is secondary and exploratory to accomplish the following objectives: - Identify and evaluate the determinants of the success or failure of operating the MNE in the African context. - Indicate the implications drawn from your evaluation for management action. - Make recommendations for future management action based on the factual conclusions you have drawn from your evaluation. 2.3 Rules applicable to all three assignments - All three assignments must be submitted as individual work and NOT as a group effort. - You must choose only one MNE that operates in the African context. - Note a list will be provided that excludes certain MNE from being chosen.
