With the plan I am proposing, there is not a huge demand for resources which is great because it will be more likely to happen, as it will not make a huge difference in the annual budget, as this is usually the reason why most proposals do not pass. Making changes can be difficult, because the amount of support is typically minimal. With that being said, the organizational resources that will be needed are going to be a learning space, learning material that will help build the knowledge and skills in leadership teams, their time as well as the professionals' time, and a small financial sacrifice during evaluation for potential merit raises (Lista et al. 2022). These resources are going to allow the organization to accurately and effectively teach and raise awareness in the leadership teams, and help expand their knowledge in being able to effectively lead a group of people. Since most of the staffing shortage lies in the treatment from management, it is critical that it is being examined and addressed.
