For a bubble, the surface tension force in the downward direction is F_d = 4Tr where T is the surface tension measured in force per unit length and r is the radius of the bubble. For water, the surface tension at 25 degrees C is 72 dyn/cm.

Write a function that will prompt the user for the radius of the water bubble in centimeters, calculate F_d .

Your function must:

1. Calculate F_d if the radius is a scalar

2. Calculate F_d if the radius is a vector. If the input is a 1 by 4 vector, the output is also a 1 by 4 vector
