You need to watch the video case labeled Chapter 04:On the Job: Black Diamond: Managing in a Global Environment. Watch that mini-video (it is a 7:32 minutes video) and then develop and submit a Word document with your answers to the three (3) questions below.

1. What evidence do you see of a global mind-set in these managers? List at least three examples of global thinking provided in the video.
2. Referencing the common traits of an MNC as described in the text, explain why you think Black Diamond is or is not a multinational corporation.
3. Describe at least two environmental factors that affect this business, and summarize how the managers are responding to these factors.

note: do not use more than two paragraphs to answer those questions. Make sure that in your answers, you couple your opinions with the corresponding concepts from the chapter.
