Objective: Evaluate ethical drivers that could encourage ethical changes within an organization.

For change to occur, something needs to drive that change. Johnson (2016) discusses four ethical change drivers: Ethical Diagnosis, Engaged Leadership, Targeted Socialization Process, and Ethics Training. This paper provides an overview of the concept of ethical drivers and an in-depth analysis of the application of one of those drivers.

A significant change is usually difficult and time-consuming. To be effective, it must be obvious that an ethical change is necessary and will produce positive outcomes. Johnson provides a list of ethical drivers that promote ethical change within an organization. These drivers are necessary for ethical change within an organization.

After reviewing the ethical drivers, write a 3-4-page paper that includes:

A brief overview of ethical drivers.

A more in-depth review of one specific ethical driver.

Develop a possible implementation plan for the selected ethical driver for your organization or one you know well.

Discuss how the driver fits into the organizations culture and the possible changes needed for implementation.

Provide at least three scholarly sources.
