Wolverine Tax Services CPAs provide a variety of services, each with its own hourly rate, to clients when they visit. 

The database tables below track the time spent by each CPA (there could be >1) during a client's visit.

Write the SQL syntax to answer the following 2 questions.

 Assume all fields using numbers are numeric fields. This must be done by hand and a .pdf file uploaded to a separate Assignment on Canvas.

1. A list of the services provided for every every visit that required less that 2 hours, sorted by visit number then service number, and showing the date, customer number (but no other customer fields), service name and rate, the CPA number (but not other CPA fields) of the CPA involved, and the hours spent.

2. A list of every service provided by all CPAs, even if no services have yet been performed by a CPA. This should be ordered by CPA number and service number, also showing CPA last name, visit number and hours spent, but no other visit or service fields.
