Sale of Goods Act 1957 provides that a buyer must be cautious when purchasing goods especially when there is implication on "implied condition as to quality or fitness" of the goods. However, there are also exceptions to this rule.

Discuss the circumstances of these exceptions under which a buyer can rely on to defend his or her rights.
