Exercise 1 - Magazine Article

Createe a scholarly article for the quarterly magazine of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). Explain how y0u would determine the scope for a new project to create a new youth centre where y0u can teach young people about the value of project management. Assume that the attendees have no knowledge of project management practice, so you must start with the basics (according to PMBOK 7) to set the scene for the article. The project also must include sustainable aspects, so you should refer to PMBOK 7 theory and explain how this would be integrated into the intended scope. Y0u should also explain funding and exclusions to ensure the project is viable.

Exercise 2 - Project Business Case

Using yOur research in Exercise 1, creat an exemplar business case by searching business case templates online and craft a business case justifying the project's viability. You should also indicate how you would get the approval of the project sponsor and how you would validate the contents of the business case against the project management theory. The PMBOK 7 must be used, together with other contemporary scholarly and grey literature sources. The APA 7th referencing protocols must also be used throughout the document.
