Q$.$ You have been assigned as a Event PM to setup a Local Artisan $/$ Craftsman Christmas

Exhibition in your Museum. This event is to promote local purchase from local Artisan $/$ Craft

personnel $/$ Bakers etc $.$

$1.$ Create a WBS on how you will setup this event. This includes promotion to invite

Artisan to setup stall, promoting the event $,$ managing the event for $1$ week of display

and final closeout. $10$marks

$2.$ Show the work breakdown structure in a different format that the above. Ie if you have

used Top Down approach in creating the WBS for Q$1,$ show it in bottom up approach or

Roll wave planning or Brainstorming. I leave the type of WBS approach on you for

selection. But I need two different formats $,$ One format in Q $1$ and second format in Q$2.$

$3.$ Create a Work Breakdown Dictionary for each Work package identified. This should

include the responsible person, authority for approval, budget, timeline etc. $10$m
