This exercise continues your student project that will be used for several homework exercises. The scenario is that you work for the fictitious company: Bear Claw Corporation. You are a project manager assigned to a new project. You are in the defining and planning phases and tasked to produce the project planning documents. This exercise uses a work breakdown structure to create a list of tasks.

Directions

Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for your student project. Start by identifying the major project deliverables. Then use the decomposition technique to break each deliverable into a list of tasks. Provide a minimum of 50 tasks for your project.

Provide a list of all deliverables and under each deliverable, list its tasks. You do not need to show your WBS mapping chart.
