Exercise 4.2 Responsibility Matrix Background This exercise continues your student project that will be used for several homework exercises. The scenario is that you work for the fictitious company: Bear Claw Corporation. You are a project manager assigned to a new project. You are in the defining and planning phases and tasked to produce the project planning documents. This exercise produces a responsibility matrix. Directions Use the list of project tasks created from your WBS. Organize your tasks into work packages and assign a responsible resource group to each work package. Create to a responsibility matrix that links each task/work package to its assigned responsible resource. Complete your responsibility matrix by indicating the verification resource for each task/work package. Produce a table listing with your project tasks and resources, and each task's responsible resource and verification resource.
