WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE EXERCISE

A work breakdown structure $($WBS$)$ involves breaking a project down into a series of smaller tasks $($chapter $3-3\mathrm{.}2).$ Before creating WBSs$,$ the two primary chart types should be understood: Gantt charts and PERT$/$CPM charts.

Draw a network diagram for the activities noted in the chart above

Calculate the earliest expected completion time based on the chart above

Show the critical path for the time line noted above

Discuss what would happen if activity $6$ were revised to take six weeks instead of two weeks.

Construct a Gantt chart for the project defined in Problem

The paper must be in APA format, with a minimum of $3$ references and be a minimum of $3$ pages in length $($not including the title and reference pages$).$
