Utilizing workshop readings, the workshop devotional, and your own online research, write a three-page paper, not including your title page and reference page, answering the following questions: a. New protocols have created several opportunities for nurses to provide care that formerly only physicians were allowed to administer. What are the management issues concerning new protocols and what criterion should guide a manager's course of action? b. Should an HCO focus clinical measurement in an office of quality management? c. Patient satisfaction surveys criticize overall appearances and attitudes of employees. What lessons in hospitality might you learn from the hotel industry that would be applicable to improving your organization? What Biblical principles might apply? 5. In the paper, be sure to: a. Evaluate the management issues and criterion that should guide a manager's course of action concerning new protocols. b. Analyze whether an HCO should focus clinical measurement in an office of quality management. c.
