Would implementing the (Housing First Program) save cities moneyin the fight to eliminate homelessness? My stand or belief is thatit will and should be utilized everywhere. When this program wasused in Finland, they say it did not just manage homelessness, itended it. I do not know if this helps or gives you any more to workwith. I am rather confused regarding the whole aspect or concept ofthe questions.

a. What is thetest? Include the name and authors.

b. How is thetest used? Include the target population, how the test isadministered, and what information it provides.

c. What is knownabout the test’s psychometric properties, such as reliability andvalidity?
