You have been hired as an HR consultant for company to support one of their departments, or project to map the manpower involvement and give HR advice. The report will start with an indepth look at the tasks scope of the project/ department of your choice as well as the role of individuals involved in the tasks accomplishment using the RACI matrix. Then students are expected to choose two titles (1 senior and 1 junior) from the RACI matrix to build a job description, and create a staffing strategy, performance appraisal and training and development plans for the chosen titles.
