Write a 3-page paper that reflects on your team process, making specific comment on the success or failure of your team's cross-cultural sensitivity. Refer to Hofstede's typology in your paper, and the other cross-cultural readings as well as your research on other aspects of your team members' culture. How were these aspects leveraged or accommodated by your team? (Note: I realize that with an imaginary team member, you will be hypothesizing about aspects of the culture you could lever and/or accommodate.)
