Write a 4-5 page case study, based on a real leadership scenario in which you were either the leader, the follower or an observer. It may be a positive or a negative situation. You will describe the situation (do not use real names of places or persons), the roles of the people involved, and the leadership approaches used. You will then analyze the situation based on the outcome. How might a different outcome have been realized? Depending on your role in the situation, what might you have done differently? How important is it to use multiple leadership approaches to achieve the optimum outcome? How was the organization impacted by the final result? Were there winners and losers? You should conclude with the lessons you learned from the situation and how that might reframe your leadership approach in the future.
