Write a brief performance appraisal for yourself based on your current job performance or in a past position. If you have not held a position, how would you evaluate yourself in a future career? Refer to the types of performance information on table 6-3 (page 121) in the text and, without identifying which, use the elements in one of the three types (Trait, Behavior or Results based information) to write your self-appraisal. The appraisal still applies if you are not in an organization as you can evaluate performance in daily chores.
