In case two arguments are specified but there is no file1, the program must specify, copy cannot be performed and exit. If filel exists but file 2 does not exist, then the program must create file 2 and copy the content of file1 into file2. If file 2 exists, the program should ask if the user wants to overwrite or append to that file and then copy filel to file 2 as specified
