Student ID number, a one$-$word string in the form of TAMIU's ID $($e$.$g$.$ A$00123654).$

Student gender $($M or m for male and F or f for female$),$ a character.

The birthdate of the student:

Month, an integer Day, an integer

C$.$

Year, an integer

The student height, a floating$-$point number The student weight, a floating$-$point number

Then, the program should echo $($print back to the user$)$ the entered information. The program also needs to calculate and print information on the user medical recommendation. See the below sample run of the program for the input and the output of the program.
