Write a c++ program that converts a decimal to a binary number(the binary representation of any number must be 8 bits.

for example 4(decimal) = 00000100 (binary)

7 (decimal) = 00000111 (binary)

the leading zeros is necessary.

Also, the return type of the function has to be bool (eg. bool binary();).

And the function of converting decimal to binary has to be recursive.
