Write a command$-$line Java application that given a file on disk performs encryption of a given string contained in it$,$ and if given a file with an encrypted string will decrypt it$.$ The application should have simple options as follows. The application should show a top$-$level menu with the following options:

$1.$ Read a file given a name by the user.

$2.$ Encode a string to encrypted form and write it out to a file.

$3.$ Decrypt a coded string back to the original string given a file containing the encrypted data.

$4.$ Exit the program.

File IO: Use JAXB example from the lectures to write out an XML file that contains the string and a tag showing whether the string is encrypted or decrypted.

Encryption formula: Choose an encryption library off the internet and use that to encrypt and decrypt the text.
