The activity would have a cybersecurity theme to it, but would more importantly involve a hands on approach to a cybersecurity issue. One, the activity would require one orchestrator, in my mind this could be a team lead for a group of four or a department manager for a group of 11-20. Next, the activity would involve physical interaction from the participants. I would envision this as a scenario is given to the group with four potential resolutions, the group could then write on a whiteboard or raise a hand with the number of fingers corresponding to their choice. There are a few benefits I envision with this, the orchestrator who depending on the scale may be a risk manager in some scope would gain experience leading the group through cybersecurity scenarios, simulated in this case. Also, the group would gain experience working together to resolve problems on the fly, this would hopefully not be necessary if there is an established plan of action. Lastly, the individuals would be motivated to participate in a group setting
