- Write a formula in E4 (hint: use some Mixed Addressing) that can be filled down and to the right to cells E4:F19. Use the percentages in Columns B & C and the total number of employees in Column D to calculate in Columns E & F, respectively, the number of female and number of male employees at each company.

-Select non-adjacent ranges A3:A19 and E3:F19. Insert a horizontal Stacked Bar Chart.

-Sort by number of employees (Column D) in ascending or descending order to make the chart readable.

-Add an informative Chart Title. If it is not clear from your Chart Title that the x-axis units are counts of employees, insert a Horizontal Axis Title.

-Use data labels or a legend (located near the top of the chart) to identify the gender groups represented by segments of the bars on your chart.
