Write a HTML and CSS code to design a website for a University $($Homepage$)$ for displaying the details of different departments.

i$)$ The homepage should have separate links for each department in the university on the left side and images of different events organized in that university to be displayed on the right side.

ii$)$ Each link should contain programme details offered in that department like MCA, M$.$Tech and B$.$Tech $($programme offered should be aligned at the top with the content highlighted with blue colour$-$ A separate image for each programme to be kept. Proper alignment and position to be used for displaying different programmes$).$ Faculty information should be kept at the bottom $($ A proper border properties to be used to display each faculty information with faculty pic$).$
