Write a interpersonal conflict arising at work which could benefit in a major way from the use of the Circle of Values Analysis. It can be real conflict or just make it up. In either case, set forth the conflict for us in enough detail so that we can follow your thought process. Then start the analysis by identifying which PHASE of the conflict the conflict is in.

Then demonstrate how the Circle of Values analysis will be/would have been helpful to manage the conflict. Please do use a table in which each conflictant has a vertical column and each Value has a horizontal row. Then in the boxes, fill in whether that Value for the issue being analyzed is peripheral, strong, or core. Then discuss what sort of management of the conflict seems as if it would be successful.

Then say WHY you think use of the Circle of Values analysis will be helpful.
