Write a java method that returns the difference between the two given time values as a number of seconds. The two time-values are passed as String object arguments to the method.

The time is stored in YYYY-MM-DD-hh-mm-ss format in these strings, for instance, 2020-01-22-21-37-45. The return type of the method is int and the return value is always newer_time older_time; hence, the argument order does not matter. If the difference is bigger than the range of int, then -1 is returned to indicate an error situation.
