write a java program that takes a txt file as input. This program should compute the proportion of 1 letter words, 2 letter words and so on up to above 13 letter words of the text. Apostrophes should not be counted for length of word. As a recommendation use useDelimiter () on the scanner to ignore apostrophes etc.
