Write a ladder logic program for a traffic light $($only one street$).$ Use one timer only and cycle time is $60$ seconds. Red on for $30$ seconds, Green on for $25$ seconds and Yellow on for $5$ seconds. Cycle $3$ times then stop the cycle $($counter$).$ Keep track of the total on time for each light $($RTO$\text{'}$s$).$ Then calculate the percent on time for each light using the RTO accumulators $($Math instructions$).$ Add a pushbutton to reset the counter and RTO's.

The logic should be in a separate subroutine called from the MainRoutine. Fully document your program using descriptive tag names and rung comments.
