This research aims to explore the use of agile methodology in managing the construction of a

playground park, contrasting it with lean methodology. The company has been using the lean

methodology for managing construction projects, which emphasizes efficiency$($e$.$g value stream

mapping it represents the flow of materials, information, and processes in a system$)($e$.$g just in

time delivery it involves delivering materials and supplies only when they are needed$)($e$.$g visual

management involves using visual aid, such as charts, graphs and signs to information and

improve communication$)($e$.$g teamwork and collaboration it encourages cross$-$ functional teams to

work together to improve processes and outcomes$),$ elimination of waste and continuous

improvement over the past years. While this approach has been successful for simpler projects, it

lacks the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and unexpected issues that may arise during

the construction process. As a result, the company has experienced delays, cost overruns, and

dissatisfied stakeholders in some of its recent projects. Therefore, the agile approach is chosen for

its flexibility and ability to adapt to changing the project requirements, including breaking down the

project into smaller sprints, customer collaboration $($e$.$g stakeholders, school administration,
