Write a method that takes two parameters, an ArrayList of Doubles and a double value and return the ArrayList with each element multiplied by value

For example, if we had an ArrayList list with the values $[1\mathrm{.}0,2\mathrm{.}0,3\mathrm{.}0]$:

multiplyArray$($list$,0\mathrm{.}5)$

Should return an ArrayList with the elements:

$[0\mathrm{.}5,1\mathrm{.}0,1\mathrm{.}5]$
