Write- a paper, however, I need to plan outline of it first but I have no clue how to even start it. For some background information, the paper will be about a conspiracy theory that has evidence supporting it but then despite theses evidence I would then need to debunk it. For example in my case, I need to find theses evidence that supports thatPhoenix Lights but then use this outline below to debunk theses evidence and fill it down. I only need three evidence pieces. Is anyone willing to help me research and fill out this outline to help me?

Evidence: Describe the three pieces of evidence that you plan to analyze - Where were they originally published?
Credibility: Clear Author? Expertise/Credentials? What kind of source? Reliability?
Objectivity: Does the author have an agenda? Does the publication have a bias?
Appropriate Conclusions: Are there alternate explanations? Do those explanations match other sources? Is there any counter evidence?
Recentness: Does the date of the evidence relate to the claim? Does more recent evidence contradict?
