Write a paper $($no more than $7$ pages$)$ describing and analyzing your interview with the organizer, your experience organizing, and incorporating what you have learned from class $.$ The focus of the paper should be telling the organizer's story $($not the organization's story$)$ and your experience participating in a community organizing activity. Do not submit a transcriot of Your interview lie I asked... They said...$).$ Include in your paper a description of the origin, structure, problems and successes of the group$($s$)$ the organizer has worked with as applicable. Additional reflections can include: How are community organizers responding$/$coping$/$adjusting to COVID$-19?$ How does community organizing evolve during a panderdid the pandemic exacerbate for their target commurity?Analyze what you have observed in light of class discussions and readings.
