Write a paper with 4 sections that answer the following questions. (each question should be approximately 125 words long with the total assignment not exceeding 550 words total.)

1) One idea was that you need to a specific operating strategy for your factory. In the context of the simulation 4 goal achieving a net worth of +$25,000 in 30 turns from an empty factory, develop a short Mission statement that defines the strategy that you will employ in your formal attempts. Some examples might be: Selecting certain products, buying certain materials, customer-responsive job shop, High volume/low cost, etc ...or any other you think will be effective. Explain your rationale.

2) Based on the strategy selected in part 2, describe how this strategy would be translated to the different departments. Be sure to include ordering/receiving, production, shipping, HR, and contracts, and be specific about what you intend to accomplish. Refer to at least two specific concepts from the textbook in this section.

3) Discuss how well this strategy worked for you what would you do differently to be more successful.

4) Based upon your anticipated career as an HR, what did you learn from the simulation (and this course) that you will do differently to support the operations mandate to create value?
