Write a Personal Essay. The topic for this essay is going to be comparing and contrasting two subcultures which are the dance team subculture and teaching career subculture. Five specific groups that could benefit in some way from my essay would be dance teachers, educational teachers, people in their teens and 20's, artists,  and musicians. Five groups of people who could act to benefit someone else could be dancers, students, culture teachers, any kind of teacher, singers, and sports players. The specific group of people I will choose as my target audience for my essay will be teachers. I picked teachers as a whole for my target audience because both of the subcultures I am discussing relate to both teaching and learning. My essay will be more focused on those things and I think they could benefit from reading about my experience with these subcultures. The specific behavior change I hope to create for teachers is that they will do their best to always try to accommodate the learner the best they can as well as just try to be understanding. My rough thesis statement will be: The dancer subculture  and the teaching careers subculture are both different, but they also have very many similarities, and are two subcultures/communities that are compelling to me.

-Teaching career: There have been many professions I have considered and teaching has been one of them. Teaching is important to me as well as the teaching/learning interaction.
