Write a Program: Magic $8$ Ball

Your goal is to write a program to simulate a Magic $8$ ball. A Magic $8$ ball is a toy that provides a random answer to a question that you ask of it$.$ You will write a program that uses an array of strings to hold possible answers from the toy. Have the user ask a question, and then randomly select a value from your array to display. Allow them to play again if they wish.

There should be $8$ possible answers from the toy $-$ use an initialization list to put them into your array. Here are some possibilities: Not on your life, That's gonna be a NO from me$,$ Absolutely!, Murky the future is$,$ A resounding YES, I have no idea $-$ you should phone a friend, Sounds OK to me$,$ I sincerely doubt it$.$
