After the user enters an appropriate integer, your program should find and print the closest Highly Composite Number (Anti-prime Number) to this integer.

If the entered integer X is a Highly Composite Number itself print X. If the next highest is as close as the next lowest Highly Composite Number, print both as well as an explanation.
