Write a program that does following

1) Prints a Hello for every Ctrl-C the user sends during the first 100 seconds of its life. But these Hellos are printed only after 100 seconds are over. (10 points)

2) "Ignores" any Ctrl-C's the user sends after first 100 seconds of its life. Here "ignoring" means ignoring the signal (and not simply blocking it). (10 points)

3) Terminates after roughly 200 seconds of life. (10 points)

1. To ignore a signal, you must modify its signal handler using sigaction().

2. You can use alarm() to send yourself a SIGALRM signal after a specified number of seconds.

3. A signal can be waited upon using a signal handler + sigsuspend() / using sigwait().

4. In order to block a signal, you must modify the signal mask using sigprocmask()
