Write a program that resembles a banking app.

$1.$ A menu of output is displayed listing the options a user may select. These options will

include Withdraw and Deposit. The user is prompted to select an option from the menu.

Create a method for each menu item. Create a loop that repeats the program until the user

wishes to exit.

$2.$ If the user selects deposit, the user will be able to deposit an entered amount into their

account and update$/$display their balance.

$3.$ If the user selects withdraw, the user will be able to withdraw an entered amount into their

account and update$/$display their balance. If the user attempts to withdraw more money

than their balance, the program will not complete the transaction.
