Write a program that simulates an online order system for a pizza place. Greet the user, then ask them what size of pizza they want. Keep asking until they enter a valid size. Then, ask them what toppings they want. They should enter only one topping per line; keep asking them for new toppings until they enter the word 'done'. Duplicate toppings are not permitted. Finally, output their receipt. Each size will have a different base cost. The first two toppings will be free, but any additional topping will be $1.25 each, except for pineapple which will be $5. Pineapple cannot be a free topping, so if it is one of the first two, then the other of the two and the third topping will be the two free ones.
