Write a program which automates the creation of the ring oscillators. Please limit your choice of programming languages to either POSIX C$,$ ISO C$++(2011$ revision or newer$),$ or Python. Do not use any external libraries for the language. Exceptions to this rule will be given on a per$-$case basis. For the inverter parameters, clamp any value that falls outside the accepted range. That is$,$ for example if when generating the random variation for the length of a transistor we obtain $1\mathrm{.}20\backslash$times the nominal size, clamp the value to $1\mathrm{.}15\backslash$times $.$ Using this process, create eight ring oscillator subcircuits and save them to ring oscillator X$.$cir, where X is a number from $0$ to $7.$ Remember to name each subcircuit differently!
