ARTICLE 18 RETIREMENT Section 18.1 In the event that the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Employees Pension System establishes a committee to study potential changes or improvement to the retirement program, such committee shall include two (2) AFSCME Local 1180 employees who shall represent all bargaining groups of Local 1180.
